Unless you only deal with $100 million plus cases, you might find much of the commentary regarding technology assisted review, cooperation, and similar topics to be missing the mark with you. After all, there is a sense in the market that it is only those “big” cases that warrant examination and coverage from the legal media. In this webinar, the speakers will demystify some of these topics and discuss how you can get high value in the “smaller” cases that comprise the majority of your litigation portfolio. They will discuss how to scope the project and select the right legal service providers when every dollar in the litigation budget matter. Throughout the discussion the speakers will offer practical tips to stay within budget and get the greatest value in the cases that make up the majority of the cases out there.
