• Dr. Drew Pinsky paid by Glaxo to promote Wellbutrin

    Apparently there’s a link between depression and intimacy, and not just in the physiological sense. The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that popular radio and television personality Dr. Drew Pinksy had a somewhat intimate relationship with pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline Plc (GSK), the maker of antidepressant Wellbutrin, in the late '90s.

    Good news for GlaxoSmithKline Plc. (GSK) U.S. District Judge Joel Pisano ruled yesterday that the pharmaceutical giant has the right to sell an authorized copy of its anti-depressant, Paxil CR, to Canadian pharmaceutical company Apotex Inc.
