Sam Zell and concluded with a lively look at key moments in Supreme Court history by CNN correspondent and author Jeffrey Toobin.
In between, more than 500 participants at the 2008 InsideCounsel SuperConference chose from 20 seminars on topics ranging from FCPA Compliance Tactics to the Aging Workforce. In-house counsel from around the country shared strategies and best practices; learned how their peers are handling legal, regulatory and management challenges; and weighed in on the most pressing issues facing the in-house bar.
