A lot of legal magazines publish law firm rankings. The problem is that most are based on profits-per-partner or firm size. We didn't think that was very useful when it came time to retain a firm. So we created the IC List.
The IC List is the industry's first-ever ranking of law firms based on the opinions of those who actually use the firms—the in-house lawyers.
This is how it works.
Hit the "Get Started" button below. That will pull up a list of firms. You will then be asked to select the firms you use and rank them based on eight different factors (such as "value of service," "billing accuracy," etc.) Once you have completed the ranking, you'll be able to see how that firm currently stands on each of these factors. What you won't see is the firm's overall ranking. We will publish that ranking in our October 2008 issue.
Only registered users who are in-house lawyers will be allowed to rank their firms. Rankings by registered users who are not in-house lawyers will be deleted. Duplicate rankings also will be deleted.
Please email submit@insidecounsel.com if you have any questions.
