In-House Counsel – Commercial Real Estate

BarkerGilmore is actively searching for an energetic deal attorney who is looking to make an impact and grow within a premier financial services company. If you are a finance attorney looking to find the perfect in-house position with both significant finance and investment work and the stability and opportunity of a large corporation, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. This position is located in the family-friendly Midwest hub of Columbus, Ohio with full relocation assistance available.
This attorney will be an integral part of my client’s investment team that services nearly $70B in funds. The position is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Investment portfolio in all servicing matters in a collaborative and team oriented environment. Strong relationship building skills are a requirement for this opportunity.

Job Requirements:
To be qualified for this premier opportunity, the ideal candidate will have:
- JD from a prominent law school
- 4-8 years of commercial lending law experience
- Significant commercial lending, loan servicing, loan modifications and workout exposure
