In-House Consumer Lending Counsel
Description:
BarkerGilmore has been engaged to identify a Consumer Finance Counsel for a best-in-class consumer finance company with over 90 years of successful business operations. This in-house attorney will focus on consumer lending law in support of 850 branch offices in 40 states. This position is located in a serene Midwest town in Indiana. Job Requirements:
The ideal experience necessary for this stellar opportunity includes:
- JD from a prominent law school.
- 5+ years of consumer lending regulatory experience
- Specific knowledge of TILA, ECOA, FCRA and Dodd-Frank
