BarkerGilmore has just been exclusively engaged by a Fortune 500 Company to identify a Senior Environmental & Safety Counsel who will be responsible for managing an extensive docket of regulatory, administrative, policy, and enforcement matters related to environmental issues for this multi-national business leader. This position will be located in Houston, TX and the employment offer will include a top shelf relocation package. Ideally, we seek a lawyer with extensive experience in remediation/Superfund work combined with environmental issues with upstream/shale operations.  Our firm places only the most stellar lawyers with this highly selective company, and everyone placed is extremely satisfied with their new career.

The lawyer in this position will work closely with business executives and their teams, other in-house counsel and outside law firms to facilitate regulatory compliance and the early, efficient resolution of disputed matters concerning the environment. The attorney should also possess a practice area expertise which includes at least one of the following: air, water or waste.
