Andrew Jillson is a partner at Hunton & Williams. Over the course of Andy's legal career, he has represented a wide range of parties in out of court workouts and in court restructurings and contested matters. Among the kinds of parties represented are Chapter 11 debtors, a Chapter 9 debtor, debtor in possession lenders, secured creditors, creditors committees, acquisition entities, individual creditors and investors. He volunteers for pro bono cases through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP), a program of the Dallas Bar Association and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas for Dallas County residents.
