Adam Cooke is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Hogan Lovells who focuses on litigation matters. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Cooke served as a law clerk in both the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Hancock is the first suit of its kind in D.C. and the first case to test the meaning of the District’s consumer identification information statute.
