Shanti Atkins, Esq. is the President & CEO of ELT, which specializes in online legal compliance training. Ms. Atkins has advised hundreds of companies on strategic risk management initiatives, with a special focus on wage and hour compliance, discrimination prevention and ethics. Under Ms. Atkins’ leadership, ELT has served more than 1,000 clients and 3,000,000 end users. Ms. Atkins received her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard University, specializing in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and risk management. She received her J.D. from Queen's University (Canada) and her B.A. (Film) from Queen's University (Canada).

Mr. Bowman is General Counsel of ELT. He has more than 25 years of human resources and legal experience which includes designing strategic ethics and compliance programs for multi-state employers, and developing and delivering training on a wide array of employment related topics. Mr. Bowman advises clients across the country regarding strategic risk management and compliance initiatives. Mr. Bowman received his B.S. from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where he was a Cornell National Scholar, and his J.D. Degree, with Honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law.
