Brenda S. Furlow has joined Bio-Techne as senior vice president and general counsel, where she is responsible for legal and compliance matters for the company and its affiliates.

Her recent experience includes several years as general counsel of a publicly traded medical devices company and, prior to that, almost ten years as general counsel with Promega, a private life sciences company. Furlow brings extensive experience in the areas of intellectual property, patent and licensing, compliance, litigation and regulatory.
