Ansberry promoted to VP at Lincoln Electric

Her role at the company now encompasses leadership of the environmental, health and safety organization.

The Lincoln Electric Co., a subsidiary of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc., has named Jennifer Ansberry vice president, deputy general counsel. Her role at the company now encompasses leadership of the environmental, health and safety organization. This is in addition to leading portions of the company’s legal function, including global mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, corporate governance and other general corporate legal matters.

“Jennifer has successfully mitigated risk while supporting the growth of Lincoln’s global operations and legal department during her 10-year tenure at the company,” said Lincoln Electric General Counsel and Secretary Fred Stueber in a statement.  

Prior to joining Lincoln Electric in 2004 as deputy GC, Ansberry served as an associate at Thompson Hine and Keating, Muething & Klekamp. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati - College of Law and received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
