IP Lawyer Ethan Horwitz joins Carlton Fields Jorden Burt in New York

Ethan Horwitz has accepted a position of shareholder in Carlton Fields Jorden Burt’s New York office

Ethan Horwitz, a top-ranked patent and trademark litigator, has recently joined Carlton Fields Jorden Burt’s New York office as a shareholder in the firm’s national Intellectual Property and Technology practice group. Previously, Horwitz was a partner at King & Spalding and before that, he was Chair of the IP Group at Goodwin Procter.

Carlton Fields Jorden Burt has over 370 attorneys and consultants serving clients from California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, New York, and Washington, D.C. It is known for its national litigation practice, including class action defense, trial practice, white-collar representation, and high-stakes appeals; its regulatory practice; and its handling of sophisticated business transactions and corporate counseling for domestic and international clients.

“Ethan is a well-known and well-respected IP litigator who we immediately knew would add to the firm’s growing IP practice both in NY and nationally. He brings a wealth of background in IP and specifically in IP litigation.
