Senomyx names Lee VP, GC and corporate secretary

Previously, Lee served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc.

Senomyx, Inc. has appointed Catherine C. Lee vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to joining the taste science technologies company, Lee served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. prior to that company’s acquisition.

Lee has experience with various industries including life sciences, emerging technologies and consumer services. She has advised on business and strategic issues such as public company compliance and corporate governance, complex collaborations and joint ventures, licensing and commercial agreements, domestic and international transactions and intellectual property management.

Before working at Outdoor Channel Holdings, she worked for Sempra Energy. Early in her legal career, Lee was an associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
