Teledyne Technologies Inc. has named Anna Segobia Masters vice president of human resources and deputy general counsel, effective July 7. She will replace Robyn E. McGowan, Teledyne’s current vice president-administration and human resources and assistant secretary, who will be leaving at the end of July for health reasons.

Masters comes to Teledyne from the Los Angeles office of Winston & Strawn LLP, where she was a partner concentrating in labor and employment litigation. Masters has handled a broad range of employment matters for a spectrum of industries. She has also been active with legal and civil rights for most of her 30-year career. Masters received a B.A. from the University of California, Riverside and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

“I am excited that Anna will be joining the Teledyne executive management team to lead our vital human resources functions. Anna has advised the company on various employment matters since our spin-off and has the experience and talent to fortify Teledyne’s growth,” said Robert Mehrabian, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Teledyne in a statement.
