Susan Herlick

Susan Herlick joins Keolis North America as general counsel, where she will direct Keolis’ legal, compliance and regulatory affairs for the company’s North American operations. She was previously GC and corporate secretary for Orbital Sciences Corp. and worked for Hogan Lovells’ Washington D.C., offices earlier in her career.

“Safe and efficient public transit systems are important for economic development, and present interesting legal circumstances and opportunities along the way. I’m pleased to become part of the North American senior leadership team as they’re achieving such exceptional growth in our region and across the U.S. and Canada,” Herlick said in a statement.

Herlick received her law degree with high honors from George Washington University and her B.A. in economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minn.
