Before joining Ingram in 2006 as assistant general counsel, she concentrated in mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance transactions and general corporate matters in a private law practice in Nashville. She received her juris doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and received her B.A. in political science at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
