Ashley Prickett Cuttino is a shareholder in the Greenville office of Ogletree Deakins and vice chair of the firm’s Ogletree Women’s Network (O.W.N.). Ashley concentrates her practice in management-side employment litigation and counseling, including matters involving wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, medical and disability issues, and privacy concerns.

Ashley is experienced in e-discovery, the use of emerging technologies in the workplace, and developing records retention policies. She is a member of Ogletree Deakins’ Records Retention and E-Discovery Practice Group and regularly conducts in-house training on relevant topics such as E-Discovery Issues in Employment for clients, human resource professional groups, and fellow attorneys.

Ashley has been lauded for her accomplishments throughout her career. She was named among Greenville Business Magazine's “Legal Elite” in 2014 and was named as one of the publication’s “Best and Brightest 35 and Under” in 2012. In 2012, she was also named by Super Lawyers as a South Carolina Rising Star.

Ashley is active in her community with an emphasis on issues related to the women. She is the Board Chairman of the Greenville YWCA, is on the board of the South Carolina Women’s Lawyers Association and also serves on the boards of the American Heart Association, Heart Walk of the Upstate and is a member of the Greenville Clemson Club.
