Mintz Levin’s Rubin joins San Diego office

Making her practice bi-coastal, Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo Member Jennifer B. Rubin has joined the firm’s Employment, Labor and Benefits Section in San Diego. Rubin also practices in the firm’s New York and Stamford, Conn., offices.

Rubin, who chairs Mintz Levin’s Diversity Committee and co-chairs its Employment Mobility Practice, has extensive experience in executive compensation matters. She regularly negotiates employment, equity and severance arrangements and has worked on a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour class actions, privacy litigation, non-compete agreements and trade secret matters.
