ARCADIS has named Jody Debs chief legal officer for the North American Region. Her main focus is to work with the North American management team and the ARCADIS general counsel at the firm’s Amsterdam global headquarters to implement and drive global initiatives.
Debs was most recently interim chief legal officer, North America commercial contracts and global procurement director, and director of risk for CH2M HILL, where she provided legal oversight for the company’s North American operations and led a team of contracts and procurement professionals to provide global procurement support.
Previously, Debs served as senior counsel for Bechtel Infrastructure Corp. and was an associate with Mayer Brown Platt.
Debs holds a J.D. and a master's degree from Duke University, and completed her undergraduate work in Economics ad Journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
