GoPro Inc. has built an image around high-flying adventures captured with its wearable and mountable cameras. Now the company is hoping to send its stock price sky high, too, and notable number of the attorneys playing key roles in the company’s IPO are women: Sharon Zezima serves as the company’s general counsel and secretary; Fenwick & West Partner Cynthia (Cindy) Clarfield Hess is part of the team representing the company; and Allison Berry Spinner, a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, is helping to represent the underwriters.

Zezima joined the San Mateo, Calif.-based company last September and oversees all of its legal affairs. Before that, she was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Marketo, Inc., a SaaS marketing software company. Prior to Marketo, she held various positions at Electronic Arts Inc., a developer and distributor of interactive entertainment content and services. Zezima has a J.D. from the University of Chicago and an A.B. in American Studies from Smith College.
