Aflac promotes Tillman to GC

Audrey Boone Tillman has been named general counsel, replacing Joey Loudermilk, who is retiring

After 18 years with Aflac Inc., Audrey Boone Tillman has been named general counsel, replacing Joey Loudermilk, who is retiring.

Tillman has been with the company since 1996 and has served as second vice president; vice president and senior associate counsel, legal division; senior vice president, director of Human Resources; and most recently executive vice president of corporate services. Before going in-house, Tillman taught at North Carolina Central University School of Law.
