Carlton Fields tops the list for fifth year in a row

Career intelligence website has named the 25 most diverse law firms heading into 2014.

Topping to the list for the fifth year in a row is Tampa, Fla.-based Carlton Fields. Rounding out the top five were Ropes & Gray; Littler Mendelson; Debevoise & Plimpton and Jenner & Block (which tied for fourth); and Schiff Hardin.

The firms that made the list feature lawyers and management who place increased value on a diverse working environment. To determine the top firms, Vault weighs four categories for diversity: minorities, women, LGBT individuals and individuals with disabilities.
