Movie star says Emitations.com unlawfully used her likeness

Reese Witherspoon doesn’t have to ask Emitations.com her infamous question: “Do you know my name?” There’s no mistaking the online jewelry retailer knows exactly who she is, and the Hollywood starlet is none too pleased.

Witherspoon filed a suit against Marketing Advantages International, the parent company of Emitations.com, claiming the company has unlawfully used her name and image on its site.
