GC appointments

JPMorgan Chase & Co. appointed former U.S. Treasury Official Darius Kingsley co-general counsel of mortgage banking. Before this appointment, Kingsley was chief of the U.S. Treasury’s Homeownership Preservation Office. His co-GC of mortgage banking will be Denise DesRosiers.

President Barack Obama re-nominated Lafe Solomon for another four-year term as general counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Solomon came to the agency in 1972 as a field examiner and has worked for 10 different board members since then. He has been the NLRB’s acting general counsel since June 2010, though at press time this position has not been confirmed by the Senate.
