Oscar-nominated actor sues Lionsgate Entertainment

Jesse Eisenberg said company exaggerated his cameo to promote film

Critically acclaimed actor Jesse Eisenberg believes that less than five minutes on screen does not constitute top billing in a film. And the Oscar-nominated actor is willing to sue over it.

Eisenberg—who has impressed fans over the years in movies such as “The Squid and the Whale,” “Zombieland” and “The Social Network,” among many other films—recently filed suit against Lionsgate Entertainment, claiming the company misrepresented his role in its 2010 horror flick “Camp Hell.” Eisenberg appeared in a cameo role when his friends, who were involved in making the film back in 2007, asked him to. However, when Lionsgate released the film last year, it billed the popular actor as the star.
