Comedian Rob Delaney is accusing celebrity Kim Kardashian of perpetrating her 72-day marriage to basketball star Kris Humphries as a publicity stunt and is suing the couple for $18 million—“not a lot,” he tells MTV News—as an incentive for them to stay married.
Explaining his lawsuit as a way to preserve the sanctity of marriage, Delaney says he wants the couple to work out their differences because the promotional billboards and publicity surrounding the wedding were “offensive.” Though critics say Delaney’s lawsuit is as phony as he claims the Kardashian-Humphries marriage to be, Delaney says he is “deadly serious.”

However, Bieber’s publicist told ABC News the suit is false, calling the allegations “malicious” and “defamatory.”
The drama escalated by the end of the week, with Bieber claiming he never met the woman, though he still may have to submit to a paternity test if the woman’s lawyers provide credible evidence.

A cast member of MTV’s “The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins,” claims male cast members on the show sexually assaulted her during production, according to reports from TMZ.
In the lawsuit, Tonya Cooley is suing MTV Bunim/Murray Productions and alleges the show’s producers knew about the assaults, including a time when she was raped with a toothbrush while passed out. The lawsuit also states producers encouraged male cast members to “inappropriately touch female cast members’ bodies.”
Cooley was kicked off the show for slapping a fellow cast member, but says nothing is being done for her and other female cast members who report the sexual abuse.

A groom who was outraged when wedding photographers didn't document the last 15 minutes of his wedding is demanding that the photography studio pay to reenact the wedding—despite having divorced his bride last year.
Todd Remis, who is suing respected New York-based H&H Photographers eight years after his wedding took place, is demanding $48,000 from the studio to recreate the wedding. Although State Supreme Court Justice Doris Ling-Cohan dismissed most of Remis' claims, she is allowing the case to proceed regarding a breach of contract.
