A Colorado teacher is making headlines after she filed suit against her former employer alleging it refused to accommodate her breastfeeding needs.

Heather Burgbacher took her complaint to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, claiming Jefferson County Public Schools District refused to renew her contract to teach—despite years of positive performance reviews—because she needed to take 20 minutes out of her workday three times a week to accommodate her breast pumping schedule.
