Paul Starkman, chair of Arnstein & Lehr’s labor and employment law practice group, Chad Hummel, chair of the litigation division at Manatt Phelps & Phillips, Mark Herrmann, vice president and chief counsel of litigation at AON, and Joshua Kubicki, senior director for legal and corporate practices at Applied Discovery, discussed the necessity of a solid corporate social media policy during the afternoon breakout session “Texts & Tweets—No Longer Casual Communication.”
Karen Klein, GC of Kayak.com, Alfred Coleman, director and senior corporate counsel at RSM McGladrey Inc., Venkat Balasubramani, principal at Focal PLLC, and Rich Meneghello, regional managing partner at Fisher & Phillips, share a laugh during the entertaining and informative afternoon breakout session “Social Media and the Employee,” which discussed how to enforce social media policies to prevent corporate harm.
