Staffing Company Agrees to Settle Claim of Reverse Discrimination

A Kansas-based staffing company agreed to pay $125,000 to settle a claim in which a 55-year-old white woman alleged she was discriminated against because of her race and her age.

Spencer Reed Group agreed to the settlement of discrimination and retaliation charges brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), according to a release from the agency.
