In-House Career Changes

Bridgestone Americas Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of the Bridgestone tire and rubber company, named Dean Kim general counsel, corporate compliance and international. Previously he was the Nashville-based company's general counsel for labor and employment.

Harte-Hanks Inc. named Robert L. R. Munden general counsel, secretary and senior vice president. He most recently served as vice president and corporate counsel of Safeguard Scientifics Inc.

Eric S. Klee was promoted to general counsel and secretary of Prestige Brand Holdings Inc., a marketer and distributor of health care, personal care and household products. Klee was formerly Prestige's associate general counsel.

Apptis Inc., an IT and communications services provider, appointed James Fontana as general counsel and vice president. Fontana has previously served as general counsel to a number of companies providing technology solutions to the Department of Defense.

The St. Louis County Economic Council named Andrew Ruben general counsel. Formerly, Ruben was with Bryan Cave LLP and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, where he practiced economic law.
