U.N. Climate Change Delegates Discuss Roadmap for 2010

The U.N. climate change policy talks in Copenhagen may be just four months past, but over the weekend delegates from 175 countries met in Bonn, Germany, to discuss the agenda for this year's talks in Cancun, Mexico.

The Washington Post reported Tuesday that leaders in the policy negations have begun to shift their strategy as they prepare for the December conference. Rather than aim for a binding climate change treaty by the end of 2010, delegates proposed developing the elements that will eventually become part of an agreement.
