Health Care Bill Faces Legal Challenges

Predictably, the health care reform battle has not ended; it's just gotten off the floor and into the courtroom. Eleven state attorneys general have indicated they will sue over the constitutionality of portions of the bill that mandate health insurance, calling it an overreach of authority. But there's no rush, Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli tells the New York Times--the mandate doesn't take effect until 2013.
